We are Kike and Yoli, a married couple of 35 years and proud parents to three children and we are also excitedly looking forward to becoming grandparents soon.

We’ve had the wonderful opportunity to live and work in the vibrant Puerto Vallarta and the Riviera Nayarit region for the last 20 years. This has given us a deep knowledge of the market and the people who make this paradise their second home.

We are full-time real estate agents, but our greatest asset is the community we’ve built. Many of our clients the majority being Canadian and American have become close friends, and even part of our extended family. We share great moments with them every season they come to enjoy their investment in our paradise.
